The city of Pattaya has more than three thousand bars that cater to all tastes. There are small beer bars as well as large bars. The large air conditioned bars often play live music and rock bands over there. Some of the names in random order are:

I Bar Pattaya-Insomnia Bar: Insomnia i-bar is the addition to the insomnia group. They also have club insomnia and party bar located in the Soi 8. The bar at this place is highly designed and decked up. In i-bar you will get a set of pool tables. Drinks rate are also cheap as there is huge competition in the Walking Street. I- bar with excellent ambiance, hot Pattaya bar girls, dancers and wide range of drinks is a must visit place in Walking Street.

V2O Pattaya: This is the coolest bar in the city of Pattaya. V2O is placed in the heart of the Walking Street. People come to have the famous cocktail and ice bar vodka at this place. This is Pattaya’s first and at presently only one Vodka Ice Bar. Drinking experience in V2O is something extra-ordinary and people always enjoy it with the company of some close one.

Cherry Bar: This Pattaya bar is located in Beach Road. The hospitality by the host is awesome. Some of the prettiest faces of Pattaya can be seen here. One of the attractions at this bar is bar games. Connect 4 is one of the games in which ladies take upper hand. This is often known as a party venue that ensures the guest a great time to enjoy.

Wildcats Bar: This bar is located in Soho Square. In this Pattaya bar you will get good quality, pool tables, and a large TV screen to see sports. There is a spacious beer bar that is looked after by smart hostesses. The ambience is filled up with classic rock and pop.

There are some other bars that are different from beer bars and Pattaya go go bars. These bars don’t fit in the so called category. These bars are indoor, play live music. Sometimes they don’t have any hostesses. One of those is Art Home Bar. This is mainly a bar for lesbians and tomboys.

Pattaya nightlife

Pattaya gets extra colour at night. Ladyboy cabarets, glamorous bar dancers, glass of beers and neon lights make Pattaya something extra ordinary. In South Pattaya, the nightlife is more electrifying. There you will find more massage parlours, go-go bars and also discos where you can spend best of your time. In North Pattaya beer bars are available in abundance while go-go bars are also a common name in that area. Beer bars are present more or less everywhere in Pattaya. The yearly turnover of these bars, pubs and discos is extra ordinary. Gay nightlife is also very prominent at this place. Listening to live music is an enchanting experience which is accompanied by colourful dances.

Go-go bars are mainly closed bars where hotties serve drinks. Those places are entry free where loud music and boozing is allowed but photography is not allowed. If you can spend money you can have any pleasure you want. Pattaya girls are really attractive and one of the most important parts of Pattaya nightlife.

Pattaya’s beer bars are most chaotic place. But these are of course an inevitable part of Pattaya’s nightlife. People are expected to drink like a fish in these bars if not interested in any other things. Pattaya discos are generally so loud that no one will hear you screaming. Some of the common choices are:

• Hollywood Disco: This is placed as South Pattaya Road.

• Differ: Placed at North Pattaya i.e. behind Big C superstone is a fashionable nightplace. A stage and loud music is the common feature where middle class Thais come with their Mercedes and BMW’s.
  

• Lucifer Disco: This fun filled place is situated at Walking Street. Entry is free but drinks are usually quite costly at Lucifer Disco.
  

• Candy Shop: Situated next door to the Lucifer Disco, this place is pretty happening. Live bands are raucous but people enjoy it with hard drinks.
  

• Marine Disco: People get loud and raunchy here at nighttime.
  

• Tony’s Entertainment Complex: This discotheque is at Walking Street where pop, hip-hop and rock get prominence. Foreigners are usually charged double for drinks.
